Over the last quarter, our product and developer teams have been busy working on additional software updates. Every day, we’re behind-the-scenes making improvements to handle a wide range of employment scenarios. Below is a list of a few of these new features that you might have noticed while using our software!
We’ve added a new feature to our Scheduled Payments page that allows users to add payments that are recurring. This will help our customers more easily communicate how frequent and when we need to pay our workers. Customers can submit these requests manually or by using an import functionality. Submitting these will alert us when to pay the workers.
We reworked the right-side panel of the Employee Portal home screen so that the information was displayed in a more helpful way. We also added a new section that will allow our workers to quickly see their assignment information and let us know when their end date might be.
The FoxHire Portals have been updated to make the submission of end dates of a placement easier for our users. This includes additional reminder messages being sent to employees along with new and easier ways of communicating end dates to us within all three of our Portals.
Our Pending Client Companies report in the Recruiter’s portal has been updated for better communication. It will now provide updates that include the status of the approval and when the client last opened the contract that they were sent as part of this process.
We added new steps to our onboarding process that will include information for how workers access any healthcare screenings that they are assigned as part of their role. This will help quicken the onboarding process by making all information more easily accessible and in one place.
