What happens after I request a demo?

After you submit the demo request form, our team will reach out within one business day. We’ll schedule a quick call to understand your goals and show how our Employer of Record (EOR) service works for contract staffing, onboarding, and compliance.

Is FoxHire a staffing firm? Will you contact my clients?

No. FoxHire is not a staffing agency. We do not recruit, source talent, or contact your clients. You maintain full control of your client relationships. Our role is strictly behind-the-scenes EOR support.

Do I have to use your time tracking or onboarding systems?

FoxHire provides flexible options. Agencies use our recruiter portal for submissions and updates. HR teams can access onboarding tools and time tracking in the client portal. We also integrate with your internal workflows when needed.

What types of roles and industries do you support?

We support contract placements in IT, finance, healthcare support, education, and professional services. Roles must be classified as low to moderate risk and fall within W-2 compliance. We do not support high-risk healthcare or federal contracting roles.

How is FoxHire different from other EOR or back-office providers?

FoxHire focuses on U.S.-based employment compliance. We offer flat-fee pricing, fast onboarding, and live support. Unlike large global platforms, we specialize in back-office support for recruiters and HR teams placing W-2 contractors.
